ANDREA METCALF
Andrea Metcalf is a nationally recognized wellness expert, best-selling author, and trusted media personality featured on NBC’s Today Show and Oprah.com. With over 30 years of experience in Pilates, dance, and functional fitness, she has dedicated her career to helping people move better and feel stronger.
Andrea created FLX Move Pilates to offer smart, intentional training that blends strength, flexibility, and recovery. As the founder of three Chicagoland studios, she continues to lead with purpose—bringing expert-led movement, education, and equipment to people of all ages and levels.
