Private Pilates Reformer Party at FLX Move Pilates – $250

Celebrate wellness and fun with a Private Pilates Reformer Party at FLX Move Pilates! Perfect for birthdays, bachelorettes, team-building, or just a unique girls’ day out, this exclusive experience includes a personalized 50-minute group Pilates Reformer class for up to 12 guests. Led by a certified instructor, the session can be customized to all fitness levels and themes—whether it’s strength, stretch, or a playful Pilates challenge. Enjoy a chic studio vibe, expert instruction, and time afterward for light refreshments, photos, and mingling.

Private Wellness Party at FLX Move – $200 - $300

Host a Private Party at FLX Move that moves, flows, and inspires! Whether it’s a birthday bash, bridal celebration, or just a feel-good gathering, enjoy a fully customized experience for up to 20 guests. Choose from ballroom dance, barre, mat Pilates, yoga, or a deeply relaxing sound bath—or mix and match for a mini wellness retreat! Held in our beautifully designed Skokie studio, each party includes a 50-minute session led by dynamic instructors with extra time to socialize, snap photos, and unwind. Movement, music, and memories—all in one.

Pilates Reformer 
Teacher Training

IN PERSON WORKSHOPS

Pilates is one of the hottest spaces for growth in the wellness arena and job postings are growing for certified instructors. Attend this workshop to learn about the side hustle or career that will change your life.

What you will learn:

  • History of Pilates & Principles

  • Basic Anatomy, alignment, and movement education

  • Movement analysis

  • Movement creation specific to Reformer workouts including Supine, Prone, Standing, Seated, Props, Jumpboard, floorwork exercises

  • Elements of teaching and creating a class format

This in-person workshop compliments the online 100-hour Pilates Reformer certification course accredited by FLX Stretch Training and the American Council on Exercise which can be added for an additional fee.
