Next-Level Cycling Meets Core-Focused Pilates
VROM combines the Power Plate® REV™ bike with a Mat Pilates sequence for a balanced full-body workout. The REV bike uses gentle, controlled vibrations through the pedals, which can increase muscle engagement and create a different type of challenge than a traditional ride.
After the ride, the class transitions to the mat, where Pilates movements focus on core strength, stability, and alignment. VROM is structured to be accessible for all levels, offering a mix of cardio, strength, and mindful movement.
