At FLX Move, we believe in training smart—not just hard. That means using the right tools, techniques, and support to help you move better, not just more.

We integrate specialized FLX mobility props (like the Flexistretcher, resistance bands, Pilates balls, boxes, and more) in many of our classes to enhance your workout, support your alignment, and deepen your flexibility.

What to bring?

  • Yourself! (No experience necessary)
     

  • Comfortable clothes you can move in
     

  • A water bottle
     

  • Grip socks (optional but encouraged for Reformer classes)
