VROM: Vibration + Ride + Mat Pilates
VROM combines vibration-enhanced cycling on the Power Plate® REV™ with a core-focused Pilates mat series. This class offers a balanced blend of cardio, strength, and stability work in a format that’s accessible to all levels.
